Exhibition Highlights

OMRON's Inspection Systems Division introduced the latest product, the "VT-X950," equipped with our proprietary CT X-ray imaging technology. This innovation brings years of expertise in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) X-ray inspection for multilayer boards and bottom electrode components to the realm of semiconductor inspection. It is designed to rapidly inspect complex solder joints within heterogeneous chiplet structures inside semiconductor packages, utilizing high-speed imaging and automated inspection technologies. From R&D to mass production, we are committed to providing solutions that meet the ever-evolving demands of the semiconductor industry.
