At the OMRON main booth, we will introduce the VT-X950, a 3D CT Automatic X-ray inspection System for semiconductors.

The VT-X950 (2024 Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Award) is a new model that has deployed high-speed CT imaging/automatic inspection technology for SMT to the semiconductor industry with the industry's highest market share.

In order to solve social issues, OMRON is working on improving its strength in automation every day, aiming for "automation that thrives on people" and a society where people and machines are in harmony.

As we continue to evolve our core automation technology "Sensing & Control + Think," we will exhibit the table tennis robot "FORPHEUS ," which symbolizes OMRON's core technology, at SEMICON STADIUM.

In addition, in order to realize "automation that utilizes people's abilities" in the semiconductor industry, Ota Senior General Manager　Industrial Automation Company, Technology Development Div OMRON Corporation. will give a lecture entitled "Automation Technology towards the SEMI Industry".
