License transfer
Q: I cannot click the button to transfer a license on the Registered License page in License Portal.
A: All activated licenses must be deactivated to transfer a license. Please make sure that the value in the Available Quantity column is 2/2 on the Registered License page. If the value in the Available Quantity column is not 2/2, please revoke the activated licenses on OMRON License Manager.
Q: Is there any way to check if a license has been transferred correctly?
A: Please log in to License Portal with the email address of the new account to which the license has been transferred, and view the Registered Licenses page. Once transferred, you cannot check the status from the original account which the license was transfered from, the status can be only viewd fom the active account. (Confirm the Registered Licenses)
