Q: Can I delete my account?
A:Please contact Omron Cloud License Help Desk with the below information.
-Account (email address)
-Registered country/name/company name
-ID (9-digit alphanumeric code displayed in the upper right corner after you log in to License Portal)
-Reason for deletion
Note: If you delete your account, you will no longer be able to use the licenses you have.
*Please confirm the contact information of Omron Cloud License Help Desk from the login screen of License Portal which linked in the Related Information section at the bottom of this page.
Q: Can I restore a deleted account?
A: A deleted account cannot be restored. Please create a new account again.
