Logging in to Data Flow Controller failure
Here’s how to troubleshoot when you can’t log in to your Data Flow Controller.
NEWEntered user ID or password is incorrect.
If you forget your user ID and password, log in to the Data Flow Controller using the user ID of another user with Administrator rights and reset the account.
If you forget the user ID and password for the user with Administrator rights, perform initialization (factory reset) to restore the factory default settings. Log in to the Data Flow Controller using the default account and reset the account.
NEWAccount for entered user ID is disabled.
Log in to the Data Flow Controller using the user ID of another user with Administrator rights and enable the target user ID.
