Data collection incorrect
Here’s how to troubleshoot when SpeeDBee Synapse can’t properly collect data.
PLC Collector: Address / data type settings for collected data is invalid.
Make sure that the address and data type of the collection target data are correct
NEWPLC Collector: Destination PLC is operating in BCD mode.
Enable numerical conversion on the output port setting screen of the PLC Collector. Select BCD (X digits) → INT for the conversion details.
Ethernet/IP Collector: Variable / data type settings for collected data is invalid.
Make sure that the variable name and data type of the collection target data are correct.
