Set thresholds for the Equipment Monitoring Package.
NEWSetting thresholds in the Dashboard Generator
Set thresholds in the Dashboard Generator so that the check result is displayed as normal or abnormal in the Chart Display Tool.
This procedure assumes that the dashboard for which you want to set thresholds has been registered, and SpeeDBee Synapse and the Chart Display Tool have launched successfully.
In the Dashboard List Screen of the Dashboard Generator, click the [Detail] button associated with the dashboard name for which you want to set thresholds.
Click the [Threshold / Alert Settings] button that is associated with the KPI to configure. (In the example, “Production Quantity” is set.)
Set the parameters in the Set Threshold and Alerts Screen.
The options are “Standard Deviation”, “Absolute”, “Range”, “Maximum”, and “Mean Ratio”. (In the example, “Absolute” is set.)
After completing the settings, click the [Apply] button.
NEWConfirming thresholds displayed in the Dashboard Generator
Click the [Show Dashboard] button.
Hover the cursor over the [Menu] button on the upper right of the graph panel for which you set thresholds, and click the [Edit] button.
You can confirm that the thresholds are displayed on the right.
