Creating a dashboard for the Condition Monitoring Package to monitor with K7DD
Launch the Dashboard Generator and create a dashboard for the Condition Monitoring Package to monitor the equipment status with a K7DD (advanced motor condition monitoring device).
Scanning devices in the Dashboard Generator
Create a dashboard for the Condition Monitoring Package (Variable Speed Motor).
This procedure assumes that the Dashboard Generator, SpeeDBee Synapse, and Chart Display Tool have already been linked.
In the Device List Screen of the Dashboard Generator, click the [Device Scan] button on the upper right.
Click the [Scan] button. Confirm the scanned devices and click the [Apply] button. Confirm that the devices have been updated in the Device List Screen.
(In the example, “192.168.250.22” is added to the Ethernet section as the IP address of a communication converter.)
Registering an additional communication converter and K7DD
Click the [Edit] button associated with the communication converter added to the Ethernet section through the device scan.
From the device type dropdown menu, select [ModbusTCP/ModbusRTU]. Enter a desired name in the device name field. (In the example, “com converter” is entered.)
Click the [Save] button, and confirm that the IP address of the communication converter is displayed in the ModbusTCP/ModbusRTU section.
Click the [Add Modbus RTU Device] button. From the IP address dropdown menu, select the IP address of the communication converter you added.
Enter the communication unit number of K7DD in the slave ID field. Enter a desired name in the device name field. (In the example, “K7DD” is entered.) Click the [Save] button.

If the display interval is smaller than the appropriate value for the display period, a blank period will appear on the right side of the graph for time-series graphs, and it will not be displayed correctly.
In this example, change the display period to Last 2 days.
The right side of the graph becomes blank and cannot be displayed correctly.
